An 18-year-old named Carys Wood, who plays the trumpet and is from southwest Wales, has been helped by the charity, with awards contributing to equipment, teaching, and travel fees - and she said it was "amazing" to be taking part in tonight's service. "Pursuing music is often costly," she stated. She is now studying at the renowned conservatoire, and added that "each individual ought to be given the possibility" to develop their musical skills. A Sisterly Duo Eliza, Carys's sister who is 11, who performs on the brass instrument, will likewise attend the Abbey.
